The development project of the new “Biergercenter” of the municipal administration of Roeser has as its goal the improvement of the reception of citizens and the functioning of the offices “civil status” and “population”.
The concept of our redevelopment proposal “Biergercenter” of the town of Roeser is based on several coherent interventions within the existing ground floor.
The structure of the existing building is preserved in outline. The major interventions are justified by a clear improvement compared to the operating and flow of the project.
Proposed developments obviously consider the bets in accordance with the technical requirements and the building’s fire protection.
